Introduction of WHO-FIC(WHO Family of International Classifications)
The WHO Family of International Classifications is a suite of classifications for international use as meaningful information tools to capture the core health dimensions such as: deaths, disease, disability and health, and health interventions.

EIC | Education and Implementation Committee | Assist and advises WHO and the WHO-FIC Network in implementing WHO classifications, with a principal focus on reference classifications |
CSAC | Classification and Statistics Advisory Committee | To perform as principal ICD-11 advisory committee, focusing mainly on ICD-11 MMS and its update proposals in mortality and morbidity |
MSAC | Medical and Scientific Advisory Committee | To advise on scientific content for the ICD-11, of which advice is to be provided to CSAC |
ITC | Informatics and Termonilogy Committe | Deveolops policies on electronic standards used for WHO-FIC classifications and related terminologies and promotes their international implementation. |
FDC | Family Development Commitee | Assess potential new member classifciations that could fill a gap in the WHO-FIC |
